De LS6F is de staande variant van de succesvolle LS6. Als de luisterruimte of luisterafstand groter wordt, kan soms een wat grotere staande luidspreker beter presteren op lage en zeker op hogere volumes. Klankmatig lijkt de LS6F sprekend op de LS6, met als belangrijkste verschil dat de definitie in het lage bereik beter is.
An advanced crossover network combines the two units and smoothes the overall response for optimum performance in free space. A switch on the front panel sets the tweeter level to + 1DB or + 2DB. This can be useful in situations in which the listening position is not on the axis. Just like with all Graham Audio speakers, the cabinet uses the classic BBC 'thin-walled' construction, where the panels are mass-loaded to ensure that resonances are moved away from the critical medium range, and a layer of rockwool is held in place by fabric for air damping. Hand coordinated veneer is applied and finished on a very high standard. The schedule is carefully designed to minimize disfaction effects and is held in place by hidden magnets. The LS6F is a speaker all the way from now on with a beautiful retro appearance.
