This beautiful Frenchie, together with the Focal, is handmade in France. With its M-shape dome, the Clear is a direct spin-off of the Utopia. You notice that immediately when you put it on. A large open and wide image with a silky balance. A wonderful high-end headphone with a cleverly chosen 55 Ohm impedance so that you do not immediately need a powerful amplifier.
Kwa uiterlijk en techniek is de Clear MG gebaseerd op en afgeleid van de Utopia, en dat is te horen! De speakerdome is nu van een aluminium/magnesium legering i.p.v. het ultra prijzige berrylium, maar het gevolg is nu wel een prestatienivo dat ongekend is voor deze prijsklasse. Dus ook hier een zeer mild, vloeiend en volwassen klankbeeld met een ongekende laagweergave.
