Vertere DG-1S Dynamic Groove Turntable

The Vertere DG-1S is available in 3 equipment levels:
Raw: with GrooveRunner S arm

The Vertere DG-1S differs from its predecessor in the following points;

• New 5-layer Groove Runner S top and bottom beams feature much higher acoustic linearity than their predecessor.
  The top and bottom beams are glued and riveted to ensure optimal stiffness, combined with linear resistance damping. Couple the above with the inherent critical damping of the beam structure and we have an ideal platform to support the element.
• Improved tonearm bearings
  Groove Runner S Kevlar thread bearing is now adjustable for pressure and azimuth. The new azimuth adjustment counterweight screw makes finer azimuth adjustment easier and more accurate to improve element performance.
• New super polished main bearing spindle with finer tolerance
  DG-1S uses a finer tolerance main bearing and a super-polished bearing spindle for ultra-smooth, noise-free operation. The new bearing ensures an even quieter background, further improving the dynamic range and resolution.

•  The new motor software supports three-step factory settings of motor torque and noise suppression. The new software supports an initial setting in the sine wave of the voltage, and uses this as a reference for the cosine wave and thus adjusts the phase and angle to transmit as little noise as possible from the motor.

The DG-1 Dynamic Groove is a so-called 'Plug and Play' turntable. Complete with the ingenious flat Groove Runner arm and available in 3 trim levels (Magneto/Redline/Sabre).
Plug and Play not only means easy to install, but the components of the table are also completely matched in terms of sound. So the drive, arm, cartridge and phono cable are designed together.

Characteristic of the Dynamic Groove is the subchassis concept of arm/plateau and motor/chassis. Due to the ingenious construction, decoupling takes place in various ways, resulting in a very large, loose and open stereo image. The image that the DG-1 creates is simply impressive.
The arm on the DG-1 is the Groove-Runner, a Vertere development with a string suspension. The arm is feather light, stiff and very adjustable.
The specially developed MM elements Vertere Magneto and Vertere Saber play fantastic in the Groove Runner. And the play of light of a playing DG-1 is very beautiful, after all, the eye also wants something. This Vertere DG-1 is a great addition to your vinyl collection and a real treat in your HiFi set.
