Pass Labs XP-32 Triple Chassis Preamer. A top end amplifier still includes a top dual chassis preamp, let Pass be able to do that very well. In spite of the trend to go directly with the source towards the power amplifier, this triple (!) Chassis preamp shows that the added value can be: a calmer and more stable sound image and especially a richer overall picture on lower volumes. For users with multiple (analog) sources still a must, but with a single source the link to real high-end. This new pass is extremely clean, detailed and beautiful three -dimensional. For this model, Pass has put the 3 large power supplies (1 for the controls and 1 for each line staircase) in a separate support and each line staircase has its own chassis. 3 cabinets therefore to separate the interaction between the two line stairs and their power supplies, which results in an extremely low noise floor and therefore more resolution. The line stairs are extremely fast and strong and can handle a lot of voltage and current due to the dizzying rise times. Listening to the XP32 immediately stands out for the high degree of peace and expression. Instruments and voices have body, shine and present themselves in a huge soundstage.
